The Southern Valleys brings together Jon Magnusson's work across indie folk, pop and rock. The catalogue includes recordings that were previously released under his own name.
Songs appear in several settings: studio releases such as Always a Rebel and Tables Have Turned, the acoustic arrangements of Acoustic Dreams, and the live-in-studio Silverräven Sessions.

Songs and their different versions
Jon is the songwriter behind the project's original material. The catalogue also includes covers; Acoustic Dreams combines two original songs with three interpretations of other writers' songs.
A studio version, an acoustic arrangement and a live-in-studio take each have their own place. The listening links here identify the selected recording rather than treating every version as a new composition.
